"Rich has it all. He's a wonderful operational leader, able to identify opportunities and pull the right levers at the right time to generate results. Rich is also a visionary, someone with the ability to see possibilities and articulate them in ways that are motivational for employees and other stakeholders. Rich has the highest integrity of anyone I have ever worked for or with, not just in terms of business, but in terms of personal relationships. Rich always puts the good of the company or the good of others ahead of himself. I can't recommend Rich highly enough."

Tim Palmer,
Vice President of Marketing,
